Terms of service
Last updated 7 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of CheerBunch. CheerBunch is run by Sivakumar S, an individual based in Tamil Nadu, India (“we”, “us”). By using CheerBunch you agree to them. Contact: support@cheerbunch.com.
1. What CheerBunch does
CheerBunch lets an organizer invite people to write cards for one recipient, review those cards, and reveal them to the recipient. Cards can include text, photos, videos, voice notes and PDFs.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You sign in with Google or a one-time email code. Keep access to that email safe; you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store it, process it (for example, to resize photos or convert videos so they play), and show it to the people in that celebration: the organizer, and the recipient once it’s revealed. We don’t use your content for advertising and we don’t sell it.
Only add content you have the right to share. Don’t add anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that shows someone without their permission in a way they’d object to. Don’t add content involving children in any sexual way; we report it to the authorities.
4. The organizer’s role
The organizer chooses who joins, reads every card before the reveal, and can hide cards or remove people. The organizer can’t change anyone’s words.
5. Plans and payment
The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are a one-time payment per celebration, by the organizer, at the price shown before you pay. There’s no subscription.
For payments from outside India, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all those orders and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments in India are processed by Razorpay.
Refunds follow our refund policy.
6. How long content is kept
Each celebration is open for a set time (see the pricing page), then a download period on paid plans, then its cards and files are deleted. Download a keepsake if you want to keep them. Once deleted, we can’t bring them back.
7. Reporting and removal
Email support@cheerbunch.com to report content. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content or close accounts that break these terms, without a refund if the breach is serious.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep CheerBunch running, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features; we won’t reduce what you’ve already paid for during your celebration’s window.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim about a celebration is limited to the amount paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect losses.
10. Ending
You can stop using CheerBunch at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we’ll show the date at the top and tell organizers with open celebrations about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in the UK or EU, you also keep the protection of your local consumer laws and can bring claims in your local courts.
