Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your celebration. If you aren’t, you can have your money back.

14-day refund

Email support@cheerbunch.com within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund the full amount. You don’t need to give a reason. Please send it from the email you sign in with, and tell us which celebration it’s for.

Problems on our side

If something on our side stops your celebration from working and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you in full at any time while the celebration is open.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Payments from the US, UK and most other countries are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, who issues the refund. Payments in India are processed by Razorpay. It usually takes 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t affect your rights under the consumer laws of your country.
