Questions
Who counts as a person?
Everyone who joins to write a message counts once. You, the organizer, don’t use a place, and neither does the recipient.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. See the refund policy: ask within 14 days of paying for a full refund.
What happens when a celebration ends?
The recipient can see their messages for the time shown above. On paid plans, the organizer and recipient then have 15 more days to download a keepsake. After that the messages, photos and videos are deleted from CheerBunch.
