A retirement card with every voice from their career
Decades of work means a lot of people who want to say thank you. Bring them all into one card, from the current team to the colleagues who retired before them.

- Old colleagues can join from a link, wherever they are now.
- Voice notes and videos from people who can’t be at the party.
- Plays on the big screen at the retirement do.
- Paid plans include a keepsake they can download and keep.
How it works
- Start in a minute. Pick the occasion and add their name. We suggest a title and a few friendly words you can change.
- Share one link. Paste it into Slack, Teams, email or WhatsApp. People sign in with an email code or Google, then add a message, photo, short video or voice note.
- Reveal it together. You check every card first. Then reveal it on their phone, or play it on the big screen at the party or on a video call.
When to start
Retirements are planned weeks ahead, so start two to four weeks before. Ask HR or long-serving colleagues for contacts of people who have moved on: those cards often mean the most.
A few things people write
- Thank you for all the years of patience, wisdom and good humour.
- You taught me more than any course ever did. Enjoy every minute of retirement.
- The place won’t be the same without you. Now go and enjoy those lie-ins.
- Congratulations on a brilliant career. I hope the next chapter is even better.
