Farewell card for a coworker
A farewell card the whole team actually signs
Your coworker is moving on. Gather goodbyes from the office, the remote crew and the people who worked with them years ago, then play it at the send-off.

- One link in Slack or Teams. No card to chase from desk to desk.
- Messages, photos, short videos and voice notes in one place.
- Play it on the big screen at the farewell lunch or on Zoom.
- Private: only your coworker sees it when you reveal it.
How it works
- Start in a minute. Pick the occasion and add their name. We suggest a title and a few friendly words you can change.
- Share one link. Paste it into Slack, Teams, email or WhatsApp. People sign in with an email code or Google, then add a message, photo, short video or voice note.
- Reveal it together. You check every card first. Then reveal it on their phone, or play it on the big screen at the party or on a video call.
When to start
Post the link a week before their last day with a deadline two days before. A reminder the day before the deadline doubles the number of cards.

- Congrats on the new role! They have no idea how lucky they are.
- Thank you for every meeting you made shorter and every day you made better.
- Keep in touch, and save me a desk at your new place.
